- Final Balance: The remaining balance for the tailored service package must be settled according to the payment schedule agreed upon prior to service execution.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: The client must provide accurate property dimensions, surface condition details, and access instructions prior to service confirmation.
- Property Access: The client must ensure that our team has safe, unimpeded access to the designated property at the scheduled time, including necessary utilities (such as running water and electricity) required to perform the custom service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Requests to modify or reschedule a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing to cleaning@getsetgamesinc.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Cancellation Terms: Cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable European consumer rights laws. Specific deposit refund conditions depend on the timing of the notice and whether custom operational resources have already been deployed for the scheduled date.
5. European Consumer Rights & Statutory Compliance
Nothing in these terms limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable European consumer protection regulations. Where statutory right-of-withdrawal provisions apply to distance service bookings, clients acknowledge that requesting service execution on a specific, agreed-upon date within the standard withdrawal window requires prior explicit consent.
