1. Workstation areas: dusting and sanitising desks, keyboards, phones, and partition surfaces using appropriate IT-safe methods.
2. Floor care: vacuuming and mopping hard floors; extraction cleaning for breakout-area carpets.
3. Sanitary facilities: full restroom cleaning, restocking consumables (if supplied), and mirror polishing.
4. Communal zones: kitchenette deep clean, appliance exterior detailing, and bin decontamination.

The initial amount is a deposit toward a fully customised commercial clean. Square footage, number of desks, and frequency (one-off or scheduled reset) all affect the final quotation.
