Our post-building clean is phased:
- Rough clean: removal of larger debris, builder’s stickers, and protective films; initial vacuuming of dust pools.
- Fine clean: detailed wipe-down of all surfaces — inside cupboards, on top of door frames, along pipework — using tack cloths and microfibre that catch residual dust.
- Final polish: glass and mirror finishing, floor mopping with a pH-neutral cleaner, and a visual inspection for missed smears or overspray.
The deposit secures your slot in our schedule. The total quotation is based on the property’s gross internal area, number of wet rooms, and the stage of finishing (e.g., before or after carpet fitting).
